Tua Vs Haye

Prima needs a Don King avatar.

 

I doubt he will be ridiculed, why not give the public a exciting fight if he can't face the Kiltschko's..?

Afew boring people will moan on here, but really i don't understand what they will be moaning about.

Boxing needs exciting match ups, events, and fights.

I don't see why not...

Nobody care's about mandatorys, or rankings. Do you think the general public, weather that be here or in the states have debates over breakfast, talking about the top-10 ranking Heavyweights..? No...because they don't even know them.

David Tua vs David Haye would sell more than, Chageav or Adamek fights.

I think David Haye would win.

But do i really or i'm i just lying to all you suckers.

If David Haye faces Chageav or Adamek the fight won't sell.

No Drama, No Substance, No Charactor, Not enough Power in them match ups.

 

It would sell, so why not? At this point, Haye is at a crossroads. Either one of the roads is blocked or he doesn't want to go down that way, so the only other route is promotion and money. Tua is a former Lennox Lewis opponent and he's a big hitter so that quite easily could be sold. For Haye, there is quite a few fights he can take to make money, but only the Klitschko's will do any good for his career. Tua's only hope is landing that big shot. In his prime? I don't think David's big enough or has the patience and a jab of Lennox to keep him off. As soon as David caught him with a shot, whether or not Tua was hurt he'd dive in with his usual pathetic bomb-throwing style and get clocked. The one thing I will say about Haye though, is that his gameplans are magnificent. He has Booth to credit for that, so there's a very good chance he'd beat up Tua, but he'd be there all night. Prime for prime? I wouldn't bet on it.

 

David Haye is not comfortable fight on the back foot, and he's not very good at it. His workrate becomes even lower, he dose'nt throw many shots, and lets face it.....David Haye has no jab at all, or he totally neglects it.

From what i've seen of David Haye so far, David Tua would beat him in his prime.

At this stage of their careers, it would be a very exciting fight. David Tua is not as slow as people think, when he lets his hands go he's pretty fast. Faster than Bonin, Faster than Ruiz.

But i think David Haye would win anyway.

David Haye does not throw enough punches to keep David Tua off all night. Its not David Haye's style to constantly pepper with the jab, and little annoying combinations.

David Haye will move about, and then launch bombs.

 

Haye has a jab, no doubt about it. He's just not hugely accurate and doesn't throw it enough for it to be a real threat. I think Haye would have to come up with a plan akin to the Valuev fight. He'd be foolish to throw a load of bombs Tua's way and not expect anything coming back. He couldn't get careless, and might have to get Tua on the backfoot.

 

Larry Holmes has a Jab, Lennox Lewis had a Jab.........

David Haye has NEVER used his jab, as a heavy damaging, dictating shot EVER..!! During any of his fights.

I've seen him, throw it afew times, and it's always miles out of range........its just something for his opoenents to think about.

He like ti use it to hide the bomb his about to drop.

 

Tua would have smashed Haye to bits many years ago but he's not got the terminator like chin anymore.

 

The thread starter never watched Tua/Barrett either. He didn't spend the fight getting jabbed in the face, that was the Lewis fight. If anything he blew his load in the first 6 rounds without finishing Barrett off and it came back to haunt him.

 

I give up then, let David Haye face Chageav or Adamek.
