He sat and watched hours of fight footage of all the past great fighters with Cus. I bet Cus had quite the collection too. Wonder if Tyson saw any hidden gyms.
I think it was Jim Jacobs and I believe at the time it was the biggest and best collection around. I'd do anything for that collection the picture quality superb!
ESPN bought those fights..but they use almost none of them (hell classic boxing on classic sports is 90 percent Ali/Tyson replays over and over)..and in fact some concern that they just have the film sitting in a vault waiting to rot away....

Before Tyson Holyfield 1 a reporter asked if there was anyway he could see Holyfield beating him and Tyson said "only if they cut off both my arms before I go in their" than a few years later I saw that James J. Jeffries said the exact same thing before his fight with Johnson. Kind of funny that Mike picked smack talk from a guy who went on to lose..when thats exactly what he did.
I recall him casually mentioning the name Greb when talking on who might be the greatest of all time. He was replying with a non-answer saying you cant compare different eras but said something like 'guys like Robinson, Greb"
