Who were the good boxers that he beat? Any elite ones?

(A topic that has probably been done to death, but I'm interested to hear peoples views)

Spinks was the greatest fighter that he beat, but Spinks was not a great heavyweight. Other than that, he beat a lot of good fighters but no A-listers. The best fighters he fought were Hollyfield, Lewis and Kevin McBride, who all beat him.

Kevin McBride?? LMAO.....Probably his best wins were against Ruddock who was a pretty decent fighter. Perhaps the Golota fight would have been had a great victory except of him being disqualified afterwards.

You have this version of Holmes above Ruddock? I'm not sure i'd have him above Bruno.

I know many may disagree, but the version of Mitch "Blood" Green Tyson beat was a lot better than people remember & Tyson totally derailed his career.

Every one of the fighters named above was at least the equal of Peter, IMO.

the problem with tysons career is he was on top when there where not really many great heavyweights and when he fought great heavies it was past his prime (e.g. holyfield and lewis) so he lost
