Maybe we're splitting hairs here. Great? Not Ali great no way. I'd say one of the better ones though. Not even sure about durability. I just think in his very core he was a guy who gave up very easily.
I think it has more to do with his mental ability to turn a fight around when he was losing (or lack thereof).
