Boxing can't take notes because unlike UFC where one management team control all fighters in a competition, boxing doesn't have that.

Top Rank, GBP, ****** etc could all sign these sort of contracts and offer similar things. However they would all quickly fail as they put on boring, weak undercards where people aren't in the stadium yet. Their hype shows would be purely hype as we need to be told why Mosley vs Pac will be so competative etc etc
