calzaghe will probably win this vote.
they may look ugly but they are very fast and work well for him.
i like the way he adapted to save hurting his hands.

Mayorga? He's awkward that's all. I personally don't find his punching technique ugly. I quite like it because of its unpredictability and serious power.

Joe shouldn't be on this list. He punches with the inside of his gloves and that is it. He doesn't turn he punches over/under in fear of breaking his hands. However he isn't in the league of Mayorga. Joe working a good jab is beautiful. Guys like Maussa are a different league. Their punches are wide and sloppy as hell.

Look at Calzaghe and if he turned his punches a little bit over or under then there wouldn't be much fault at all.

The man uses mostly forearm for the mechanics of his hand work, thats not even arm punching. He is a slapper. Mayorga may be wild at times but his punches are actual punches, look at him in the Forrest fights to show that he has an arsenal of punches.

Picking Calzaghe from clips from 2 fights is a bit silly really, you should be judging him on his whole career because he hasn't always slapped and he didn't slap a lot versus Jones!

calzaghe is ugly as hell but it works for him because his speed enables him to overwhelm opponents with workrate and makes it harder for them to maintain composure

This isn't true. Watch the clip of Joe and you will see his feet are planted and his hips turning. This ends your argument. If Joe turns his punches over/under then there wouldn't be much wrong with his punches. Joe doesn't do this because of his bad hands.

This has to be considered because Joes hands are weak. Look at Malignaggi saying he was scared to throw cos his hands might break. Despite everything Calzaghe still fights a hard fight with no fear of injury.

He does have fear of injury, that's why he slaps. I voted Joe because I hate his technique, it looks absolutely horrible.
