Who are the brightest prospects coming out of the UK over the next few years? I'm thinking guys who are already pro.
Not sure if Josh Taylor can be considered a prospect anymore but he is top of the list. Scotland have a few others like Lee McGregor and Kash Farooq. In England I like the look of Sunny Edwards, Lewis Ritson and Zak Chelli. Any others to keep an eye out for?

a person regarded as likely to succeed or as a potential customer, client, etc.

Prospect doesn’t have an age cap. The likes of Taylor, Callum Smith who’ve yet to fill their potential can be deemed as prospects regardless of age.

They’re the biggest two for me then Kelly, Cordina, Ritson, Barrett, Dubois, Fowler, Buatsi, Catterall? In no particular order by the way.

You know what I’ll throw Flanagan in there too. I know he’s been world champion before but there’s a lot more to come from him. Frank has managed him terribly IMO.

Cheeseman is the one to keep an eye on for me. Be interesting to see how he deals with Carson Jones so we can really see how good he is.

Josh Kelly - ultra talented and also quite good looking (so I'm told). Will be a star.

The blokes I am following closest are Zak Chelli, Anthony Fowler and Lyon Woodstock.

They all have fan friendly styles but still need a lot of polish. I think Fowler and Chelli are destined for world level and Woodstock will be in with a crack if he can keep improving.

I haven't actually seen much of Cheeseman but I'm sure Jones will be a good step up for him.
Another prospect I would like to see do well is Boy Jones Jr - the kid is brilliant in his interviews!

lewis paulin from Edinburgh is a good prospect, beat Stephen tiffney a few weeks ago for Scottish title and really think he can kick on from there. not much featherweights at domestic level out there at the minute and I fancy him to pick up the British title at least.

Edinburgh is pretty much buzzing just now, lee mcgregor is a top talent as is Jason Easton who is very exciting and is willing to take risks.

also josh Taylor although already winning titles but really is still only a prospect in my eyes

I dont know about Kelly his doing OK with the opponents at the min he could be great or he could be walked down and battered by a tough opponent that has a good chin and power because of the low hands

I’m sure he will change tactics when he comes up against said opponents. I’m sure he’s not walking around with his hands down in the gym with Adam booth all day.

Fighters that fight like that sometimes can't take it to the next level when they come against stronger fighters so we will see

I've watched footage of Kelly having to fight with his hands up in the ams against one if the top guys (forgot his name) and he was eating flush shots and lost convincingly I think. I know he's a lot better conditioned now and will have sharpened his tools up since then but I've got a feeling similar will happen when he faces world class opposition. The hype he's getting is way to early imo.
