I just seen that Juanma had issued a challenge to Israel Vasquez for the undercard of the DLH v Pacquiao fight and i'm sure that TopRank and GBPs can make that happen. It would be up to Israel to take that fight ...
I'd roll with Lopez. He's on the upward curve, and we don't know how much the wars have taken out of Vasquez.
i'd drop a lot of money on lopez if this fight came into fruition. im an israel fan but after 2 trilogies and a tough style that takes years off you, you'd have to wonder about the state he's in. i think his style is taylor made for lopez, not to mention his defence is not the best. against a younger more powerful man who could easily make the transition to feather, israel would have a hard time. lopez KO.
Damn good fight. Maybe Lopez can catch him at the right time and make a good name for himself. If not, Lopez could end up ruined himself. I'd favour Vazquez.

He did it again MEX! 1st round KO. Vaquez can surely bang but I think Juanma is a bad style for Izzy I have been saying it for months.
What is so green about him? He shows no signs of being green, he is doing everything as he should. He has to take a step up against this class eventually, he can't be green forever.
Vazquez has been at war for the past two years. The more Juanma keeps fighting the worse it will get for Vazquez. Vazquez should win but a young guy on the rise is all wrong for him. I wouldn't fight a young guy like this if I had a say so for Vaquez career. Juanma will rain all over this late stage of Vazquez' career. Juanma would put him away tomorrow.
Juanma by KO mid rounds ... he's too relaxed for a fighter at this stage in his career ... he fights like a veteran fighter. Juanma has power in both hands and has good hand speed -- Vasquez is worn out and has been in too many wars ... I can name a few off the top of my head. Jhonny Gonzalez Rafa Marquez (3-times) Oscar Larios Vasquez has been stopped 3 times -- Lets make it happen and let Juanma give Vasquez his 4th stoppage on his resume --
Juan Ma by decision, dropping Vasquez in the process. I think Vasquez would have his moments, but I also am willing to bet those wars have taken a lot out of him.
The first round KO was impressive but I want him to fight guys who have championship expirence before fighting Izzy. I want him to fight Gonzalez or Celestino to see what he's got.
