Joe Frazier deserved at least a draw in his 1974 rematch with Ali and probably wins the fight with a competent referee. Ali pulled Joe behind the back of the head 113 times in 12 rounds. Futch complained to Perez during the bout and Tony promised he would penalize Ali but he never did.

You should be able to fix that slacked jaw, in that case.

That isn't unpopular. That's plain stupid.

He had lost his reflexes and couldn't pull the trigger. ****, he had a stutter for Christ sakes.

Steroids have been rampant in boxing since atleast the early 80's.

Greco roman wrestling is neither greco nor roman and thus should be called wrestling in the French manner.

I think Biggs went to Hampton university, but had some drug issues. Ken Norton went to college for football, as well as Tim Witherspoon. Greg Page played high school basketball, but was pressured by pops to be a fighter.

Louis still made waves after he lost hid reflexes and couldn't pull the trigger. For having a less than rigorous training camp, Ali did well in the Berbick fight. I had Ali winning four of the ten rounds. With better conditioning he wouldn't have had to take off the middle rounds. A subsequent fight with the likes of Weaver could have gotten him another strap. That would be "making waves"...

He was done physically. An all time great, can at times show flashes of their old self. But not enough to make waves.

There comes a point where no conditioning can overcome a physical disability. Ali battled with that disability over his last 7 or 8 fights. He was sharper for the Berbick fight than Holmes but only because he wasn't drugged up.

Greb fought 100 fights disabled. I am sure many, many fighters fought with disabilities.

    See, it's not popular.
