That's bull. The guy has 27 losses. 28 if you count the exhibition vs Dixon. He got lucky against the actual GOAT, Apollo Creed, who was toward the end of his career. The he was fed some handpicked bums until he drops and regains the title to the crude Clubber Lang. Then he goes to Russia to fight Ivan Drago who up until that point had ZERO, not one single professional fight ever! And Balboa nearly gets killed in that fight. Balboa was a decent fighter when he was motivated, but he's not the GOAT.
