Some good fights are happening in the smaller divisions, but only two decent heavyweight matchups: Jared Anderson vs Zhan Kossobutskiy Arslanbek Makhmudov vs Raphael Akpejori Fury, Joshua, Wilder, Whyte, Ortiz, and Ruiz are already rich and have become lazy. Wallin, Ajagba, Bakole, Demirezen, Hrgovic, Sanchez, and Gassiev want to fight but have poor management.
I didn't realize Donaire was fighting again. He will probably beat Santiago but I really wish Nonito would retire.
Insane month. Inoue and the grandpops aside, we get Andy Cruz debiut against a decent opponent, Makhmudov and Anderson against living bodies, Donaire and Kownacki coming back, some acceptable female boxing in Shields (boring, but at least at certain level) and Baumgardner (packs a punch), and Felix Cash if you care.
Justis Huni vs Andrew Tabiti is a decent matchup @ H/W. Tabiti is a tougher opponent than what Jared Anderson was facing in his 8th pro fight & he's fighting away coming off a layoff which is always tough.
