Mosley's a cheater. Is he mexican? In that video, did he state what fight he took them in? Considering we don't know how every commission decides their use of Xylocaine. So basically, all you have is that, in the past, some roughly 6-10 years ago. Floyd took Xylocaine, you don't know where or what fight, despite that when he used it, it could of been legal.
