I didn't say Ali could not be out down....Frazier out him down harder than the guys you mentioned although 'Henry gave him a good crack.

It's always properly said that Fury is fast...for a man his size. Ali was fast...for a human being.

And one other thing. In the entire world, there is most likely only one person that would have out trashed talked, out psyched, and basically shut up Tyson Fury, and that would have been Ali.

By technology and science, I assume you're referring to sports medicine / rehab, weight training, periodized training generally, and PEDs?

IIRC, the numerical difference between the number of bouts recorded on Boxrec now and in the 70s isn't enormous. It exists, but the gap wasn't large enough to make the 60s/70s pool tiny. The number of recorded bouts actually seems to peak in the 1920s or 1930s, despite the poorer documentation back then.

What sources are you using to measure the relative sizes of the talent pools?

For those of you who back Usyk to beat Ali, then Joshua must be just a shade below Ali to be able to take 3 rounds off Usyk. Wow, this is confirmation that Joshua is an ATG!!!! :ibutt:wanker
