    Perfect suplex!
Did you see Faber knee his guy while standing on one foot.

You don't need a point to throw a German suplex! It's instant awesomeness. Bad day at work? Hit a top release suplex on an unsuspecting co-worker, and bam, everybody is having a good time.

Hows it useless? it stunned him pretty good and he won the fight not too long after. Ideally you take the back from it but it still worked out pretty well.

Heres Jens with the figure 4 guillotine

Pre-insane, murdering SOB Chris Benoit would have been proud of the execution of that thing.

Faber pulled off some awesome moves in that fight. Very innovative. I like to see people throw the conventional out the window and show the ever evolving nature of MMA.

You answered your own question. There's plenty of other things you can do instead of throwing him. He could've jumped on his back from his position. There's a risk of you hurting yourself. The way he did the move does all but stun the opponent. He didn't slam him. He threw him. There was absolutely no damage to the head, it MIGHT have at BEST knocked the breath out of him. This is not what Randleman did to Fedor. Even in Fedors case you saw that landing on you shoulders doesn't really stun you.

Its visually impressive but technically completely useless.

Man, that was embarrasing for Swanson. He said Pulver was afraid of him, the only thing Pulver injured was his heart, and that he was going to kill him. Pulver beat Swanson in like 20 seconds, lol.

I think Joe Daddys "perfect plex" was much better :)
