Valuev was landing one punch per round!
Surely it can't be that difficult to land two punches or more per round to defeat Valuev.

    I might even give a post-retired Tyson a chance too.
That would be some history (youngest and oldest hw champion ever).

Well, he hasn't exactly been in with a murderous puncher yet. Even then, like you mentioned Barret was able to get his attention with punches, and this guy had him shaken up pretty good...

Valuev got hurt by Bergeron. His knees buckled badly by a straight left (Bergeron is a southpaw), I believe once he falls on the canvas he'll have a hard time to get up given his size. Seeing his performance yesterday I'd bet the Klits would stop him, they're not that much smaller than him.

We all know Valuev got gift decisions already (Donald, Holyfield, arguably both Ruiz fights), he just has Sauerland and Don King, the two biggest crooks in boxing, backing him up. He also got beat by Chagaev. Valuev should be nowhere near the title.

Chagaev showed everyone how to beat this guy. Movement and lead power shots. Holyfield tried to copy it and did an admirable job but he just can't pull the trigger anymore. Yet his 1 or 2 flurries each round, imo, were enough to win a majority of the rounds. i scored it 116-112 for Evander. I knew Evander wasn't gonna get a UD but thought for sure at least one judge would give him the fight.

I expect the WBA to order a rematch due to the ludacris 116-112 score. You just can't give valuev 7 rounds in that fight. He literally did nothing for a majority of the fight. Evander was the one scoring the only meaningful shots.

Valuev is just better off pursuing a fight with Wlad cause he's on borrowed time. Get that money and retire. Expect Wlad/Valuev to surface for the April/May fight at Staples WOOT WOOT

Abraham would knock him out, Vitali would make him quit on his stool and Lewis would eat him for breakfast.

I think Povetkin could beat Valuev although I doubt Sauerland will let two of his prized assests at each other

I'm not kidding when I say that both the Klitschko brothers would hurt that poor big guy, and badly at that. When it all comes down to it, Valuev has never faced an opponent who posed a serious danger to him. A washed up John Ruiz may well be the best fighter he's ever beaten, and some people feel that Ruiz was robbed in their first match.

    Go figure.

To those who cannot see the point of the original post, he was only implying Valuev was unbeatable because he gets countless gift decisions and has a very good chin so it's unlikely many people could KO him (he has to have one positive attribute at least!)
