Yeah, both JT and Pavlik are going to move up to SMW very soon. They're just too big for MWs. I think they will be better SMWs because they won't have to drain down so much.

I see in his future that he need to retire because he is old and soner or later limited young fighters would beat him. He has no future he had past and a little present.

The biggest money-fight for him out there @154 is with Mayorga and it looks like his old buddy Mosley is taking that one from him.
A fight with Spinks has been called "big" by some, but really, how big will a fight between 2 mostly unexciting stylists be business-wise?
Seems to me Forrest doesn't have to many interesting options, which is sad cuz he's a genuine class-act and a hell of a fighter.

    OK, shameless plug time ....

We just had Vernon on the show last week and you can listen in to what he had to say about his future and where it will take him.

Personally, and we talked about this with Vernon - I wouldnt mind seeing him move up to middleweight if he can't get Mayorga again. A fight with Pavlik or even a Trinidad kinda intrigues me for him.

Check out the interview and let me know...

I agree completely with Kilon that Vernon should forget JT/KP and complete that Mayorga trilogy.

i'm a fan of forrest and always admired his style. couple of months back karmazin would have been the guy i'd like to see him up against, but spinks is the most logical choice now. after that who knows, 154 has been **** in the last couple of years.
