He is extremely humble! but his boxing skills and power is like MY GOD! I would love to see a fight between him and Berto . . I feel like they have similar styles, Ortiz by 'vicious' KO later rounds though =]
I like him, but I don't see the same potential as some of you... I've only seen his last 2 fights, but from what I've seen so far, I don't see this guaranteed future champ many are claiming he will be. Exciting to watch, sure. The kid has heavy hands, but he can definitely be outboxed. His skills are still a bit green. His chin untested. I think a good boxer-puncher with some pop would expose him.

There should be no hate for this young fighter... like you said he's good for ''Boxing'' and future champ. Only desperate idiots .. or fans of other fighters that are in the same division where Ortiz is would hate on him. Why? cause they know and fear that Ortiz would represent a BIG threat to their hero or favorite fighter in the future. Other than that there should be no hate.

I like Ortiz, good fighter, exciting, seems like a nice lad as well. He had a pretty shitty upbringing didn't he, he had look after his sister when he was 13 or summit? 140 is a good division and around it also, looking forward to some good match ups.
