Defense looks a little sketchy.. try tucking your elbows a little more inward. Double up the jabs! two jabs or no jab! (doesn't really make sense lol but 2 jabs is always better than 1). Also throw combinations to the head and to the body, bob and weave, step to your sides, punch with angles. I might sound like I'm telling you what to do in a real fight but you have to treat shadowboxing as if you were in a real fight, feel me? Keep it up.

Thats not helpful you idiot, from the looks of the video he has a weird punch so its already turned. One thing I did notice after reviewing it a second time is that your flicking your jab hand keep it closed in a fist and make sure you step in with it. This is the key to having a powerful jab ;D

    Work on form before speed.

alright thanks for the input Dushswag and pombs... I think I'll take a different video in my garage where I have more room to move around.. Oh yeah and I am 5ft 9in and 155lbs, just cause it might be hard to gauge my size on that vid. And I'll remember to throw in hooks next vid and turn my jabs over. Just let me know if you got anymore input.

1.) You look like a puppy begging for food with the way you have your fists positioned. 2.) You would make a good tomato can.

First thing you need to do is loosen up. If your that tight shadow boxing you'll be a nervous wreck in the ring and won't last more than 2 rounds. You have good hand speed but it's clear your just starting out. Keep at it and get in the ring as much as you can with people at your level and in a few months you'll be a different fighter. Good luck

    not too bad
I liked that you are practicing moving your head and you keep your hands up
your elbows are way to ****ing far from your ribs though
tuck em in, that makes for straighter punches
practice countering when you slip or weave
it does no good to make your opponent miss if you dont make him pay
slow it down and practice on different types of combos
also next time you film yourself use a wider angle so we can see how your footwork is

one other thing I noticed is it seems like your wrist is bent when you throw your jab
do that on a bag or against an opponent you will have a sprained wrist
