    what i am looking at here is the bandage on the right knee...and an outdoor venue.

    Neusel looks awful there.More like Brian Nielson in condition.

    did he have a bandage on the right knee in both fights ?...and both were outdoors ?.

    or have those websites referenced the wrong photo in each instance.

    Witherspoon was only 42 then ,a marvellous achievement.

    If you think Neusel looks in shape in that photo you need a guide dog.

    Facially he looks more like early 40's, though film in those days did people no justice.

    The second fight was in1948, Neusel was born in 1907.

    are all the photo examples i gave....3 of them... all from the 2nd fight ??

    makes it very awkward not being able to embed photos here any more.
