Would you perhaps consider this Archie Moore you speak of to be feather fisted in comparison to Zelenoff and his 700lb hammer of a right hook?

This is the problem with those that live and die by statistical analysis alone.

You can't take a fighter like Moore, who had an unusually long career and fought at numerous weight levels and pigeon hole him into categories.

There are so many factors that have to be weighed that for anything approaching accurate statistical conclusion you'd be applying percentages all over the place. You'd be dealing with formulas that would fill an entire chalkboard in a physics class.

This person is using a partially effective formula at best and one that fails in ability to draw accurate conclusions. There are too many intangibles to ever be accurate.

Moore featherfisted? I guess Marciano was chinny then.;)

Also how would you describe Maxie Rosenbloom's punch then?

Excellent point marting.....Archie's career was extraordinary I have only viewed few of his fights (two vs Maxim) and clips of others. I was only able to hear about his fight with Ali through words uttered from my old man but its difficult to get a grasp of this fighters true prime and fullest potential.
