I agree. I think he proved some people wrong about his heart. He did well to keep on fighting despite a few tough rounds.

wow 229 to 14 that is about as much a landlside as you will ever see on a boxing forum.

Alexander has no power in his punches and he did not even win the compu box statistics. Considering Lucas punches twice as hard how can Alexander win the fight.

Sham decision. Hopefully HBO will force a rematch.

Yes, wasn't even a close fight. Matthysse was doing the better work and the only clear rounds for Devon were the 2nd & 9th. Including the kd there's no way to have LM not winning as he was just more effective.

I just watched the fight and scored it 97-93 to Matthysse, it seems like US judges just won't give this guy his dues.

And Alexander, he is just the American Sven Ottke to me, i've seen him get his ass kicked and get gifts twice now. His career is built on sand.

Also i lost the last of my vcash because of these *******s.

Can someone forward this thread to Dan Rafael? This moron believes Alexander won the freaking fight.

I think if you wanted to be generous to Devon you could have given him a draw but there is no way he won. Matthysse landed the stronger punches and pressed the fight. Devon fought his heart out but the body shot were a big factor but I guess the judges don't count them, maybe they should hit the judges a few times in the body so that in the future they will know that they count INDEED

Matthysse landed more punches (139 to 116), a lot more power punches, dropped devon, landed the harder shots, yeah he won alrite

The writing was on the wall when they made this a 10 rounder for a title eliminator. Alexander faded against kotelnik and bradley and lucas was coming on strong at the end against judah. They were right, devon was out on his feet in round 10. Im not in the slightest bit suprised about the result though, america is close on the heels to germany as the number spot for getting jobbed.

They brought back one of the judges who scored the bout against kotelnik for devon and yep he did the same again, nice to have em in the bag, that fight was fixed from the start bar a KO

If you can't admit it was a close fight your biased.
