in my opinion no. it was in the heat of the action and after a body shot from holt. even torres admitted that he got careless in the exchanges. the rule is, protect yourself at all times. tough luck for torres.

Absolutely you can do that damage with an accidental clash of heads, 100%. And considering the frenzied way Torres and Holt were throwing shots in there, even more so. They're both straining to their maximum throwing bombs, so both their bodies were tight as drums.
