WBC Cruiserweight Title Situation.

As im reading, it seems that Krzysztof Wlodarczyk will be fighting Giacobbe Fragomeni for a second time, for the Vacant WBC Title.

Herbie Hide is in a WBC Title Eliminator vs. Francisco Palacios.

The Winner of Fragomeni vs. Wlodarczyk (Wlodarczyk I believe) will fight and defend the belt vs the winner of Hide vs. Palacios (Hide I believe)

Interesting situation we got here.

Zsolt Erdei is officially out of the WBC CW Title picture.

its frustrating to see the best guy in the division (Steve USS) not able to get a meaningful fight.

 

Bizarre, I thought Hide has been WBC mandatory for about a year.

Obviously not, although I suppose i clears some things up if it goes as you've said.

 

Steve has basically got the IBF title in the bag he is up against Godfrey for it who Hide was supposed to face 4 or 5 times but godfrey pulled out everytime

 

I hope Hide gets another shot at the title and maybe wins before calling it quits.

 

The division is pathetic but I hope Hide gets a crack at the title.

 

Frag should not be in the picture, he lost to a light heavyweight.
Hide should fight the guy who is rated number 1. No need for an eliminator here.

Erdei back to 175lbs because he either doesn't want to fight the big boys and/or the other guy who was WBO has gone to jail. So they are happy to have him back now.

The Germans are guarding both titles.

 

You only get one fight a year if your a DK fighter.
