Eddie Hearn has just announced that the semi finals including Josh Taylor bill are on Sky. Great news.

May is going to be pretty packed with boxing on sky. Wbss cards, canelo v Jacobs, wilder fight + their own shows

It's a mess of a tournament in all honesty. They should just give it up. Months go by without hearing anything about it. Then you hear they're in financial difficulty. Then they're scrambling around desperately for TV deals.

Great news, hopefully that won't mean on PPV and it can get the exposure it needs over here.

The finals will undoubtedly be ppv if any UK interest. They specifically mention its only for the semi finals

Eases the pressure on Sauerland as well, hopefully with Sky's backing the tournament will be financially secure.

Great news that. Shocking that no other broadcaster has picked it up or arranged a deal thus far!

*dont know if that’s their fault or WBSS’s.

Great for British viewers and the tournament itself. It needs some of the bigger broadcasters.

No brainer, sky needed some actual quality on their normal platform for once.

    This is good news.

It's going to go a way towards making up for the relative decline in domestic cards. So it should take some pressure off Hearn, Sky Boxing and Sauerland and hopefully help to strengthen the tournament too.
