shadowbox with weights, do slow 1-2-1's with weights for 4-6 rounds every day, ur shoulders won't be tired after about a month

There's a difference between aching and pain. Which is it?

Is it a fatigue pain as in burning and aching like buggery when punching loads? If so, punch loads more, train those ****ers to handle their bidnezz. Or is it a muscular pain, if so, rest that ****er.

Again, there's a difference between pain and aching. Pain would be getting shooting pains, sharp pains, unable to move the joint, stiffness etc. Aching, is, well, aching. You'll be able to work out the difference after some experience. It sounds more like you're aching from being new to boxing.

Carry on with your training and you'll get used to it eventually, if not take some time off and get your shoulder checked out for injuries.
