Yeah your right, Webb's still young and they should of seen how much it was taking from him plus heat exhaustion coming into play. He was wincing when Arron loaded up the right...it really hurt the lad and i think it was around the ear which messes any fighter's equilibrium up.
Yep. I like Webb to, I watched a documentary on him on Sky ages ago, when he was still an amateur. I also liked his performance against Small, as he had to suck it up in that fight, so I kinda knew he had some balls, but not as much as he showed tonight, he was terrific.
what a great fight, credit to both (just watched it on SS4), amazing stuff. After the first three rounds I was thinking this was going to be 12 rounds of really technical crafty ****. Did anyone see Shannon picking up Prince after the fight, tried to get him on his shoulders but dropped him on his head!
Fantastic fight-managed to back Prince Arron at 5.9 on Betfair around the 3rd/4th round mark as well! Hopefully Webb can come again (would love to see a rematch) as he showed tremendous heart and courage from the 5th round onwards and clearly gave it everything he had. Credit to Arron though as he has shown that you can come back from an early (and heavy) defeat in your career to become a champion.
if you knew who bob shannon was you would no it wasnt him picking arron up !!!!!!!!dddddddddddddrrrrrrrrrr
http://www.eastsideboxing.com/news.php?p=28048&more=1 My review of the fight and my first attempt at boxing journalism. Hadn't proof read it closely enough and realised it had a few errors and typo's but it was already too late. I'll take more time over it next time.
