whats the most weight you have lost within a short space of time? was sitting at about 215lbs had to stop training properly for a few weeks for exams and iv somehow lost 40lbs WTF??
When i first started boxing i went from 168 to 147 in 3 weeks. Right now im going back down to 141 for ringside and if i don't make it this year im not gonna fuss about it but im comin down from 165. Last time i went to ringside i went down to 141 way too fast and very unhealthy so this time i'm taking my time and if i'm not there then i'll just hold my weight till GG's
Do you remember when the spinach was recalled because of salmonella? Well I was a big spinach eater back then. I went from 185 to 165 in one day. I had so much stuff blowing out of my ass it was amazing especially because i was able to get down to my fight weight in one day. If you are trying to lose a lot of weight quickly i recommend salmonella.
