Welliver is a hard fight for anyone up until a fringe contender. I dont think he will ever reach that stage.
Just thaught id drop some kiwi heavyweight info into this forum seen as the Aussie heavys are horrible! A PABA Title win over Ustinov will give Welliver a Top15 ranking within the WBA. Welliver beats Haumono, Wilson, Hopoate, Mirovic, Briggs and Kennedy
There's only one Kiwi heavy that beats that array of Aussie heavies..............and it's not Welliver

I saw that as well, but Boxrec still has Ustinov/Ochieng up though. So who is he facing? Ustinov would beat both of these guys on the same night, with relative ease.
