US Heavyweight and kiwi favourite Chauncy Welliver 32-3 is squaring off against Alexander Ustinov 7-0 for the PABA Heavyweight Title in germany on the 19th of October.

A win here for Welliver will claim the PABA title and a good stepping stone to a World title fight

    Thaughts?

Shouldn't be allowed near a world title fight. Still it's a great opportunity for him.

Welliver is a hard fight for anyone up until a fringe contender. I dont think he will ever reach that stage.

Just thaught id drop some kiwi heavyweight info into this forum seen as the Aussie heavys are horrible!

A PABA Title win over Ustinov will give Welliver a Top15 ranking within the WBA.

Welliver beats Haumono, Wilson, Hopoate, Mirovic, Briggs and Kennedy

****, please! You're takling about a guy who was held to a draw by former light heavyweight Mailata, and you think he'd beat Wilson, Bob, Briggsy etc? NZ has one great heavyweight, no doubt about it. Will be interesting to see how he goes now he's on the Jungle juice.

Roy Jones tested positive yet somehow still go away with it.

    Mosley has not.

I saw that as well, but Boxrec still has Ustinov/Ochieng up though. So who is he facing? Ustinov would beat both of these guys on the same night, with relative ease.
