Zhang Tiequan? He lost a decision to Danny Downes (the guy that got his ass kicked by Chris Horodecki and Jeremy Stephens) and then dropped to featherweight where he beat Jason Reinhardt (hasn't done anything of note). He had a lot of hype after he choked out Pablo Garza, but the Downes lost really quieted down a lot of people.
