...first wins De La Hoya, then Hatton at 140, and finally clear victory over Marquez in 135. Where do you rate him
    a) all-time? b)last 15 years?

The point was if it happens, I know it has really small change at doing so, but what if...?

    Pacquiao beats De La Hoya
    Marquez beats Hatton

Pacquiao vs. Marquez 2 more times

and we get some sorts of legends made.

Assuming that neither Oscar nor Ricky have slipped seriously since their last outing, I would say top 20 in history, probably just outside the ten. But in such a case you could make an argument for the top 10.

    Won't happen.

If he defeated DLH at 147, Hatton at 140, and then JMM at 135, then I would probably have him in the top 10 ATG.. Past 15 years? Dunno.. Could be first or second behind RJJ.. It's hard to tell at this point.. A lot of people are saying that Pac doesn't even have a chance at beating DLH, but beating DLH would definitely boost him up in the rankings, don't care how old or shot people wanna' say DLH is..
