There hasn't been any news about Peterson in a while and he hasn't been active on his facebook and twitter. Personally I hope he comes back, he can still be a player in the 147 pound division.
Why do you care Chuck? Apart from being a cheat he's never been that good or that entertaining. I thought it was over for him at world level when he got stopped by faded Matthyse so don't want to see him cluttering up the welterweight division when so many good matches there can be made.
Basically this. I hate his fighting style. I've always considered him a bum. Even if he never cheated, I dont want to watch him fighting ever again.
Didn't his pops say he was packing up after the loss to Spence.. Peterson wasn't a bad fighter. The Khan fight was a good one.
He's a Haymon fighter and had his fight for this year in January, he'll get another sometime in 2019.
