If he's the manager, will he let any promoter, inlc. Arena be his promoter? Why not work together, it makes sense, both sides being happy.

Rigondeaux just has to step into the ring, very soon.

Apparently Hyde wants him so he can put shows on in the U.S.....and he said himself he needs to get a move on, so I assume he wants to bring him up fast, like Gamboa was. Perez and Garcia are being brought up slower, but really there's no need, these guys (and Lara) could be in World title fights soon and A) give a good account of themselves B) win.

They are that talented, Luis Garcia is something else, handled Froch in sparring easily when The Cobra was preparing for Pascal!!!!

You're right, it's even worst... you have more chances of knowing what's happening in the outside world when living in any African country than when you living in Cuba.

He wouldn't be the first big name promoter to accidentally sign two contracts.

    Manny Pac did it.

Yup, but no internet... You can have access to internet if you pay in CUC (which most cubans don't have unless they con tourists), and then again, you can't access half the pages online.

And then again, the only way for you to have that computer is to:
    1. Con tourists (or selling your body, or renting a room illegaly)...
    2. Having family in the outside.

AND THEN AGAIN, it is illegal to have internet at home... so you can have fun with Word Office or Offline Warcraft as much as you want yeah.

No,mate, you are too harsh on Cuba for some unknown reasons.
More than 1.000.000 Cubans live outside of Cuba. They can call their relatives freely without any restrictions.Spanish speaking radio stations from the usa can be received on Cuba.
Admittingly,a very small minority of Cubans has an internet connection.
Nevertheless,Cuban plays in a different dimension compared with the vast mayority of black African nations.
For Gods sake, a lot of their inhabitants have never learnt how to read and write!
And lets not forget that Rigondeaux has quite a handful of friends and aquaintances who have already turned pro!

I know bro, lol.. I was exagerating it on purpose... However, people have no idea what Cuba really look like right now. Some places in Cuba just fit your description perfectly actually. Even Havana, which used to be the most beautful city of America, is so rotten right now that you would believe you're in some deep African city if you'd teleport there live. It's so ugly that even Cubans who left 5 years ago wouldn't recognize their own home. I'm in a good position to know since I'm Cuban and I don't live in USA, so I go back visit as many times as I want.

Back to the topic, I just hope Rigo starts fighting ASAP (like next week).
