There were some rumors that he was going to go back to 154 to fight Verno Phillips who I believe holds the wba title but I think this rumor is false mainly because I dont believe Winky can make 154 pound weight limit no more.

It's impossible no one called him out all this time, though I don't know of any names myself but it just doesn't make sense his team never got any calls this long without any retirement announcement. He's probably taking time off but some update would be nice, sadly there's none so far.
No one wants to fight Winky because he will make you look bad and there isn't much money to be made. The only good thing about beating Winky is that it gets you respect from hard core boxing fans but not by the general public. I'm a huge Winky fan, he just needs to stay busy and fight.
Winky needs to impress against a few tune-ups for small purses, get his market value up, and then fight for a title at 154-160

Wright is greedy...there are dozens of fighters who would take him on. he just somehow thinks he gets nothing less than seven figures and PPV status. Pavlik shouldn't waste his time.
