Please specify the question, do you mean currently active boxers? I don't think anybody could, Fury would probably give him some trouble due to his size, but prime Vitaly could deal with it.

All time, plenty of people. Prime Lewis, maybe prime Holyfield, maybe prime Tyson, Ali, prime Foreman, etc. He is a borderline top 10 ATG heavyweight, I repeat, borderline. Someone with a really outstanding speed / power / size / stamina combo with decent technical skills could beat him.
