Honestly Ive been pounding this decision because it was an obvious gift no lie....But from what Ive seen Cotto is most hated because he is so overrated....You cant fool the real boxing fan....Sure mayweather is the biggest cherry picker but all his wins are decisive....Yeah i know he came back and beat castillio to determine the winner and dlh fight not that close imo....So its really clear Clottey needs a rematch for the real winner to be determined.
I checked mayweather by consensus on the boards, but I don't hate either. I love boxing...so I enjoy almost all of the elite and top caliber contenders to varying degrees....Not sure why others dont????

I don't see how can someone hate cotto unless he defeated your favorite fighter or if he made you lose an avatar bet. But man is all class, excellent technician and has a lot of heart.
Floyd by a mile, Cotto is only getting some backlash from a fight that many felt he lost and or ran in. Floyd is just flat out hated. And had floyd been in Cotto's place and the same fight happened it would be 100 times worse.
