Tough one. i think its a toss up between De Leon and Mayorga, I think De Leon has more of the basics nailed down but I think Mayorga is overral more effective as a fighter. They are both extremely beatable on the world stage either way.

Did you see the cancun card with Valero and Linares? I dont know how many Rudy Lopez fights you've seen but really, this guy makes mayorga look technically sound. It's unbelievable how amaterish he looks. Take a look at Lopez and you have a good laugh. It's comical.

Couldn't have said it better myself. I voted for Mayorga though.

Miranda and/or Soliman could have been listed as well IMO.

Lopez is a 24 year old former WBC featherweight champion.. Just last year.. And that's what's so amusing. The fact that a guy like him won a WBC title is just crazy..

FYI, After In Jin Chi lost his WBC title to Takashi Kosimoto last year, Rudy lopez who was an unknown prospect at the time came outa nowhere and upset Koshimoto for the title..

At least mayorga and pacman has power and speed, but Lopez has none of these qualitites and that's what's so crazy.

I don't think that pacman even belongs on that list. Unlike the other guys he does not throw slow wide looping shots. he throws well times quick straight shots. he also has developed excellent upper body movement.

From the other choices it's hard to pick but I'd probably go with Mayorga but it's really close.
