Why is this allowed? There is some good girl fighters out there but, the one in black and white doesn't belong in the ring. Its clear she has poor training and could be seriously hurt. Does anybody else think this is bad for the sport??

Women's MMA is still very much in the dark ages and that's why things like this are so common. Its just like watching the pre-Zuffa UFC or some of the unfortunate mismatches we've see in Japan. I honestly think that some promotions jumped on the WMMA bangdwagon far too soon. They should've waited for more talented women to enter divisions and depth to take hold before trying to quickly cash in on the Gina Caranos of the world.

somehow that woman was 4-0 and the other one was 2-1. i agree that it is bad for the sport if anyone steps into any combat sport and isn't well trained.

Looking up her record the americans background is in Judo and she's actaully beaten the fighter who beat her Russian opponant. More a case of someone lacking standup ability and unwisely looking to exchange than being totally untrained I'd say, its not as iof we've never seen that in mens MMA.
