Whyte isn't great technically and I personally don't rate him highly. However, he knows how to utilise a weight advantage and he'll bully Okolie into submission.

Poor guidance for Okolie to take this fight if that's the case but one chest of PPV loot can change a life so it's hard to turn down. Hearn threw a welterweight in with one of the hardest middleweight punchers of all time for a quick buck so why wouldn't he put Okolie in with Whyte?

What a boring fight this would be. Okolie leaning in hugging Whyte until Whyte gets frustrated and elbows him and knocks him out cold with a left hook. Then again I have changed my mind, sounds fun lol

Funny how Uysk is not known enough to be considered in Whytes eye...Yet Okolie is?

I wouldn't be surprised if the only heavyweight Okolie we see, is the retired one in an armchair. Will get found out before the dangerous step up.

Hope not, this would be poor.

Ortiz really looked his age at the weekend, go for broke for that fight. Still a gamble mind you

I find it quite amusing Dillian Whyte has found himself with potentially facing Okolie after turning down Joshua and then once again getting no joy from the WBC

    This.

I heard Whyte on ifl saying the decision to fight Miller was made last year. How he can say that with a straight face when they offered him the fight I don't know.

Maybe he thinks they were just paying him lip service, offering him a lower split knowing that he wouldn’t take it. That way they could appease the fans saying ‘look, we offered him the fight’. Miller has quite clearly been part of the plan for AJ for some time.

Outside of him being in the Ring, Okolie has no way of beating Whyte. He's giving about 2 stone up against a decent power puncher. Whyte is technically better than Okolie and has a size advantage. Okolie isn't really strong enough to throw about a top level Cruiserweight let alone a top 5 heavyweight. Whyte obliterates Okolie anyway he chooses. And when for that matter.

Eddie Hearn has been talking about Joshua v Miller in the States for well over a year. Listen to what Miller has been saying since the fight was made. Eddie Hearn was encouraging him during the Adamek and Dinu fight weeks to "make as much noise about fighting Joshua as possible".

Hearn offered Whyte a flat fee with a rematch purse split in Joshua's favour and you are seriously acting like they made legitimate offers to him? And yes I'm aware that they eventually offered 50:50 for a rematch split but by that time Whyte had had enough and an equally significant concern he had was the lack of drug testing pre-fight camp.

Even Hearn seems bored with Okolie - so looks like he’ll be used as a sacrificial lamb to sell a few tickets and keep Dylan happy.
