im in a sticky situation...golden gloves are coming up and i have 2 choices... loose wieght and fight at 132 or loose nothing and fight at 141 the thing is im about 134-135 so im not sure what i should do..?

and if i do decide to loose the other 2-3 lbs do i just try to sweat it out before the wiegh ins and then just try to rehydrate the 5-6 hours b4 the fight?

You're only 2-3 pounds over the 132 limit. That's not too bad. I'd do that one, but that is just me.

Even is the tournament isn't until this weekend, that is enough time to lose 3 pounds without having to dehydrate. Why are you guys all so obsessed with dehydrating, it's dangerous and you can't perform as well. Just cut back on what you eat and work out a bit more, you'll lose the weight.

You have plenty of time. Do an extra 15-20 minutes of skipping rope a day in addition to your normal workouts. If you work out in the evening, skip in the morning and vice versa. Cut out sugar and cut as much salt out of your diet as you can. No soda, no junk food.

I'd lose the remaining few pounds, that is of course if you're not already fully cut.
