    Why bother mentioning wilder’s name? Deontay “I wanna unify the division” Wilder. No unification fights in 5 years, why’s that?

    He fought bums and was protected up until 3 years ago. Now he’s off the leash.

    Now they are willing to match him against anyone. Lets not forget it was Fury who pulled away from the much clamoured immediate rematch

    So if he was off the leash for the last 3 years, where are the unification fights Mate? Why was he off the leash and fighting bums like Washington, Stiverne, Brezeale and Ortiz?

    Ortiz isn’t a bum and Breazeale isn’t either to be fair. Not every fight can be a huge fight. If Fury and Joshua are tied up the next level is clearly the likes of Povetkin, Parker, Pulev, Ortiz and Whyte. You’d now have Hunter and Usyk in there but of course more recently.

    But you’re right to say this ‘off the leash’ image falls apart when he’s rematching Stiverne.
