It's not something I'd say with any confidence given that peak Wilder hid from any kind of dangerous challenges - the closest he got was overhyped gatekeeper Ortiz, and even then he was on the old side (pushing 39, IIRC).

I suspect there's a very good reason Whyte was desperate to fight Wilder... And a very good reason why Wilder ducked him.

    Whyte would've beaten Wilder.

Chisora's a bit more controversial to say, but I think he'd have beaten Wilder too.

Joyce wouldn't, he'd have been too easy to hit... But he'd have beaten everyone Wilder did.

I can't agree with that, I think Whyte and Del Boy would have chinned Wilder. I've never rated Wilder as an elite level fighter and if he'd actually faced world class level boxers I doubt he'd have been regarded as that level neither. Wilder was a manufactured champion with a paper thin resume for the American dream fans. The first good boxer he faced was at around 50% of his best and Wilder was gifted a draw and he's since been thoroughly exposed.

Wilder has looked washed last 2 fights. Like he refuses to throw more then 2 punches a round. He isn't the same devastating puncher he once was. Very hesitant to exchange. I kinda feel Francis would win

Whyte was a flat-footed plodder. The first punch square on his head and he's a goner. It would've been good to see Whyte chin Wilder but it seems impossible.
