Has anyone seen such an injury before? It wasn't a freak punch as it happened twice. It really shows how bad a beating he got 2 fights in a row. Fury literally dented his head in. He's lucky the 2nd one was waved off by breland or he might have got life changing injuries. I kind of feel sorry for the guy, as he's simple minded so couldn't see the writing on the wall for the 3rd fight. There must be permanent damage there like kell brook's orbitals.
The 3rd fight could have gone a lot differently if he wasn't an idiot. Soon as he came in heavy I knew he'd learned nothing. If it wasn't for those knockdowns and Fury didn't become somewhat complacent and let him back in the fight, the 3rd fight would have gone exactly the same way as the 2nd. Fury stripped him of his soul in that ring
I dont think its that big a deal. First off, maybe he has ear folds that are prone to bleeding easily if hit with a big shot to the ear? If that is the case, a large portion of the thinking about Wilder bleeding from his EAR DRUM because it burst would go out the window. Thus where is the blood coming from is the critical question! Partially inside the folds of his ears? Or from deep within his ear hole? Lets use our's brains boys.
His ears bleed because he keeps turning his head when he gets hit with a shot like that. Ears are fragile, all the blood vessels are basically directly beneath the skin

Yep. Fury's heavy but not the most percussive hitter and you can see it's doing real damage... Turn your head like that when bracing for a left from Whyte or Joshua and you could be looking at a serious, serious injury.
Maybe his ears start bleeding from all the nonsense that regularly comes out of his mouth. It's not only we that hear that, making our ears bleed. He himself hears it too obviously.
