With Kesslers recent challenge to Hopkins do we think Hopkins wants nothing to do with Kessler ?
Personally I think Kessler UD Hopkins and clear cut too and dare I say it the first man to TKO Hopkins unlikely but possible ? but I don't think Hopkins will want this fight.

why the hell should hopkins fight kessler with the chumps he's(kessler) been fighting lately?

kessler wants to fight hopkins...but he has to stop fighting euro b-graders first to be taken seriously or else he's just not in the market.

Hopkins is at the point in his career where he shouldn't have to fight these young guns. He's proved his merit. If he chooses not to fight Kessler than I wouldn't call it ducking. The guy is 43, he only has a few fights left, let him have some easy ones. He's earned it. Im a fan of Kessler, but he doesn't need Hopkins. I hope MK clears out 168 before moving up.

Yes and by the same token your all calling out Calzaghe to fight Dawson ? and now saying why should Hopkins fight Kessler ? :patsch

The truth is all Hopkins wants is another payday against calzaghe in wales he knows the same thing will happen again and he'll lose on points.

Hopkins considers Kessler a "Euro-bum" and nothing special. However, he did get very excited about fighting and beatin a fighter who doesn't seem to be more dimentional than Kessler at all, and who is considered by many a lesser fighter than Kessler: Kelly Pavlik. Of course, part of the reason is that Kessler is not American. One thing is to be beaten by a white boy, but it's even worse when that white boy is a Euro-bum. But what better fight is there out there for Hopkins? None, except possibly Chad Dawson. I think Hopkins will much rather fight Dawson than Kessler, to be honest. Either is a great fight and we should be thankful if he fights either! As to ducking, Hopkins never ducked anyone, that's for sure. :deal

Double standards; they're so used to them, they're not even aware they're using them...

Kessler is far better on the inside than Pavlik, is faster, has better footwork, and far better technique. Kessler has superb variety in his punches and is a far tougher fight than Pavlik for Hopkins.

we shall see then as Kessler has issued a challenge and calzaghe isn't rematching Hopkins

issuing a challenge isnt enough alone if the fighter issuing it hasn't worked hard enough to be on equal footing. and kessler has done nothing to warrant a fight with hopkins post calzaghe.
