    Controversy sells. Floyd and Merchant both good at it. If I were in charge on HBO, I'd give Merchant a raise. :yep

    Mayweather should have just chalked it up to Larry being larry. Cursing out an ancient person is never a good look. Floyd should have crossed his arms, given larry a "***** please look" and stayed silent until Larry moved on.

    He won't get canned, but it's only a matter of time before he gets assaulted by one of these fighters. That is something I'd hate to see happen, but...you never know.

    No, HBO will advertise the **** out of it. Merchant will probably give an apology. They may do a face off with Mayweather and Merchant. Get a bunch of dumb ****s to pay for a bit of theatrics.

    Merchant asks the important questions, the same things the fans are thinking. It's not like he's trying to get one over on Floyd. When Floyd got pissed in the Baldomir fight that Merchant asked why the fans were booing it was a legit question. It's always a legit question. Floyd's just a ***** like that. Merchant grills everyone the same way.

    Funny thing is when the ko happened Merchant was the most objective out of all the announcers.
