Winky vs Paul Williams?

It's being reported by another site (where Boxing is Talked about) that Winky Wright will be making his return on March 14 on HBO. It's being reported that we shouldn't be surprised if PTP is eventually named as Winky's comeback opponent.

Thoughts

 

This would be a hell of a fight.

 

assuming that each can weigh in at whatever weight they want.

I cannot wait to see Winky back in action. I cannot really se which way this one goes, but that makes it more interesting for me.

 

Havent seen Winky in a while. But PW would get countered all nite.

 

A couple of years ago Winky would have whooped PW. Now Wright is an irrelevant **** that keeps pricing himself out of relevant fights, or any fights for that matter. PW wins an ugly UD here.

Hasnt Winky been waiting for a top billing fight.

 

People are already counting Williams out - a clear sign it would be a good win. I'd like to see it.

 

Paul would out-work Winky for a UD but it would be competitive.

 

I do however think Winky could become the champ at 160 which is the weight he should be fighting at this point.

 

Winky is pretty much retired. Right now I would have to say Williams.
