This just about sums up where Witter has gone wrong. Problem is it's gone on for years now and he's not getting any younger, or any better. He needs to fight Castillo like he needs a hole in the head. But then again, who says it's not all part of the grand plan. Maybe Witter has always been happy to live in Hatton's shadow, the pay is probably not too bad...
Uhhh...isn't it the crooked WBC who's responsible for this fight and not Witter? And didn't Hatton say that Witter should grab a belt if he wanted to fight? What's he suposed do to? Toss his trinket aside to get more clout? I don't care about Witter/Hatton speculation with Mayweather/Hatton on the horizon. If there's a topic of conversation here, it should be about JLC not just getting the opportunity for a title shot, but becoming a mandatory for a 140 belt. WTF has he done at that weight besides beating a journeyman, almost losing to a prospect, and being stopped by Hatton? Really, am I missing something? :huh
