This is a good post. George would not do himself any favors by standing tall against Wlad and trying to walk him down by throwing big crosses, overhand rights and looping shots..

In all seriousness, didn't Wlad look a little panic-stricken when Ruslan Chagaev rushed him, I think in the sixth? Does anybody wonder how Wlad's mental difficulties might come into play?

Regardless, I rather like Foreman by KO, though i'd really like to watch this one.

    Foreman's power was immense.

Foreman could definitely knock out Wlad.... There is more than enough power to do so, and let's face it, Klitschko does not exactly have a McCall chin... The issue however, is when and how often he gets hit.. There is also the issue of how much punishment George can take, and how many mistakes is he willing to pay for when being in persuit of that big punch..

Foreman was so strong and intense he's definitely going to bull his way in and land the big shots that make Klitschko go down. Or he's going to fight his way free from that clinch and sent in a clubbing blow. Foreman was a brute.

It certainly looks easy on paper, but if it were really that simple, then Earnie Shavers should have dropped Quarry the instant he landed a single shot.... Didn't happen.

The same old man that was busted up and got a gift against Axel(early Wlad victim), was outboxed by master cutie Tommy Morrison, and went the distance with Briggs(possibly less durable and worse stamina than Wlad at his worst.)

The myth of Comeback Foreman has got to die. It was nice Moorer stood in front of him like a statue and ate flush shots, but serioiusly, one of the worst lineal Champions of all time.

Foreman wasn't slow against Frazier, Norton etc., especially considering the amount of winding up he does. Average at worst.

I specifically said the Foreman who demolished Norton, when I posted this thread. Lets not try and put a 45year old man , in his place.

Read the quote I was responding to, dumbass. I didn't bring up the old man, but I put the ****er in his place. Cop an attitude with the ones that brought him up.

Go back to discussing "****," about all you've demonstrated any knowledge in. Amazing anything worthwhile came from your insightful thread starting post.

    That's just unnecessary.

I think one of the problems for Wladimir here is that he doesn't exactly start fast nowadays while Foreman does. He'll begin with the jab but Foreman was willing to absorb the jab in order to land his own power punches. There is a good chance that he will be overwhelmed by Foreman's attack early.

This thread started with a graphic description of Foreman slipping and falling in Wlad's feces, which one are you posting in?

Foreman. Pressure, presence and power. He would rush Wlad and start winging in big punches with Wlad panicking a little, trying to grab and getting slammed half way across the ring everytime. Foreman would be able to take Wlad's punches a lot better than Wlad would take his aswell.
