Women and Boxing..

    lol...I know its a little odd but I'm sure all of us here have had issues with the female gender eh?

    Anywho..how do you separate the complications of romance away from boxing? Women require a TON of emotional strain and often times I end up bringing the **** I go through with females into the gym

    Sometimes my performance suffers. Other times I end up hurting my sparring partners

    It's really embarrassing lol..how do you guys do it?

    If your relationship is effecting you that much (I'm guessing negatively) maybe you should rethink your relationship.

    Also...

    Relationship issues is no excuse for hurting people, that's just you being a twat.

    For me in the gym is the one place where the outside world and its problems does not matter.... i just switch off and do what i gotta do
