Eh, very odd looking stoppage. I didn't like it.

 

I thought it was a little premature but calvacante didn't look like he knew where he was. kinda sprawled flat as soon as Ty stuffed his takedown and struck him.

 

Agreed, just struck me as an odd stoppage. The guy was clearly in trouble, dazed but was in the process of moving to his back where Woodley was not following. Had he been feigning being buzzed to try and draw Woodley into his guard, that decision would have been a travesty.

I like Woodley though. Was looking like he was going to get the sure knockout.

 

Kaufmann-Coenen is kinda stinking. Sarah is content to keep her against the cage and little else.

 

Good finish by Coenen, aided by Kaufmann's sloppy top control.

 

almost had a sonnen-esque quality to it. I thought the ref stopped it from one of those trick taps but it made more sense when they did the replay.

 

Damn BJJ is going to become the "I hope you make a stupid mistake" discipline soon.
