    Woods is garbage. Tarver will stop him within 10. Tarver is much better than people give him credit for.

    But Tarver has eroded a lot...he should beat Woods, but I wont be shocked if Woods wins either.

    I think Woods will stop him late via accumulation. I wouldn't be surprised if Antonio quits on his stool.

    Tarver was ready to be knocked out in the third Jones fight and also against Hopkins, but neither of those guys could or would push for it. I think Woods has quite a bit more left in the tank, and he has more to prove after his disastrous encounter against Roy Jones in 2002.
